FOUNDATION TIE RODS
Fully threaded tie rods with good stock availability of the rough version of the most current grades (B7 / L7, B7M, L7M, B16, B8 CL 2 and B8M CL 2).
Good availability of threaded bars length 1 m, with the possibility of 2 m and 3 m supplies.
Possibility to have electrolytic coatings (galvanizing, zinc-nickel, silver plating), HDG hot-dip galvanizing, phosphating, Teflon plating (xylan) carried out at short notice.
Possibility of production of tie rods and other assimilated parts, up to D.6″/D. 150 mm in the following materials:
- CARBON STEEL CL 4.8 – 8.8 – 10.9 – 12.9 ISO 898-1
- ASTM A193 GR. B7 / B7M / B16 / ASTM A320 GR. L7 / L7M
- UNI EN ISO 10269 : 25CrMo4, 42 CrMo4, 21 CrMoV5-7
- STAINLESS STEEL AISI 304/304L – 316/316L
- ASTM A193/A320 GR. B8 / B8M CL 1 e CL 2 – B8R (NITRONIC)
- ASTM A453 GR. 660 CL A/B/C/D
- STAINLESS STEEL DUPLEX (e.g., UNS S31803)
- SUPERDUPLEX (es. UNS S32760) / A PRECIPITAZION (es. 17.4ph)
- EXOTIC ALLOYS (HASTELLOY®, INCONEL®, MONEL®, TITANIO, ecc…)
Raw material available at the production unit up to D.4″ / D. 100mm of the main materials.
Possibility of supplying threaded rods from M6 – 1/4″ TO M64 – 2″1/2 with length on request.
